ABC on Jumpcut

Posted by dogtrax on September 30, 2007

I am experimenting with embedding Jumpcut movies and if it works, here is our ABC movie pared down to just the introduction to our letters:

Let me know what you think and if you are part of this project, you are invited to remix or re-edit the movies in any way that strikes your creative streak.

Perhaps you are wondering how to embed Jumpcut movies into Edublogs?
    Here is a quick tutorial:

After you create the movie in Jumpcut, you need to click on ” post” link below your Jumpcut Movie.

Then, you need to grab the ID number (it is there most visible in the link window where it says id=________) and then insert this ID number into this embed code (replace my words with your ID code) — use a bracket [ ] around this code – when I tried to post it as a simple comment, it converted it into a Jumpcut movie, so I removed the brackets:

    kml_flashembed movie=”http://www.jumpcut.com/media/flash/jump.swf?id=REPLACEWITHJUMPCUTCODE&asset_type=movie&asset_id=REPLACEWITHJUMPCUTCODE&eb=1 ” width=”408″ height=”324″ wmode=”transparent” /

Use the Code/HTML feature in your Edublogs post writing/text box and insert the above code, with your Jumpcut ID number.

    Peace
    Kevin
