List o’ Links for Storytelling

Posted by hickstro on November 21, 2007

One of my ENG 315 students, Bradley Terrill, alerted me to this incredible list of digital storytelling resources. Given the success of the ABC Project with movie making, perhaps it is time to try some other tools for the next project!

Good to see everyone in NYC for NWP/NCTE. Happy Thanksgiving!

We totally agree Troy and so sorry I didn’t get to really speak to you. What an intense conference ride we had. Kevin and I have been talking about what next?
I am interested in how the ds process can support kids as they have to prepare for the high stakes tests. What do you think?

Kevin has also been experimenting with short fiction. I think it might be nice to work that medium with ds…and what else?

    More collaboration with voice thread

Digital stories with a small number of photos…maybe 5 photos and have each person create a piece with the same 5 photos…

    Just some thoughts.

I saw this site the other day, and had followed through some of the amazing tools.
    Thanks for sharing

Wow, right Kevin. What a lot of tools for DS. Where to begin?
